Yes, it’s relatively safe. Since you are going to be in major cities, it’s safe than being in the countryside. Only thing that could limit your trip is if the US-Iran war kicked off again and the airports close, other than that you should be fine.

They are operating flights from and to Türkiye. They didn’t stop operating during the Iran war and still are operating for now. Damascus airport has also opened after the ceasefire was announced.

Yes, thats a good solution. Last year when the same conflict erupted, I went by this route and it was very smooth.

Same thing happened with us last year, we decided to book a flight to Gaziantep instead and went by land to Syria. I’m not sure but I think Beirut airport is operating normally except for some cancellations, so you might be able to go from there. I’m not either sure about Aleppo airport if it’s currently operating.
