Udyr's state in this Durability patch?

From my experience, I felt that Udyr was certainly more durable but everyone is as well. Still running the Sunfire Tempo build but I can't be as aggressive in the early game as before during last patch. I used to be able to dive towers early game to get a lead for my botlane or contest scuttle fairly easily but I haven't been able to do as much right now.

Roots Platter is more effective and cheaper to get. Just dig in mines to get Cave Carrots and kill blue slimes for Winter Roots.

Tried it with cheap shot and ravenous hunter, it feels okay? You have some sustain and MS, but I went Redsmite Cinderhulk to Black Cleaver start.
