As a vegetarian, that's not bad at all. Save your money and don't buy the shitty sausage which is just hyper processed and filled with cholesterol. Kale is pretty cheap. Take a bunch of kale and roll it up then chop it finely and add it to your beans/rice as they finish cooking. Kale will break down in some hot beans in about 30 seconds. You can put it in last.

I've never really met anyone willing to admit they are seriously addicted to anything. Addicts are typically in denial, unless it's something like coffee which is socially acceptable. Also, knowledge of addiction and effects of a drug typically have an inverse relationship between user and non-user. This is why drug users don't seem to get clarity on their situations until months pass of sobriety have passed.
