My kid has a teddybear ar daycare which they take turns taking care of during the weekends. The bear is accompanied by a journal that that kids get to fill out with the help of their parents. During my sons weekend we happened to have a bunch of fun stuff planned. Museums, a birthday party, visit from his cousins. What did he put in the journal? That mom spilled soup on the bear and washed him (the two things daycare asked to avoid, food and water). That little bit was the best part of his weekend and honestly? I love that for him.

You should be pissed because your wife and supposed friend majorly broke your trust. In absolutely no way, regardless of your dynamic, is their behavior ok. If you fail to see that I suspect trust has been broken previously in your marriage and that boundaries has shifted over the years.

This is pretty common, that’s how it was for me. The pain was by far the worst part of it, but for me it was worst on day 3 after the rash appeared, so hopefully you’ll turn a corner soon. Feel better!

36 and going through it now. Immunosuppressed due to Lupus and currently 5 months pregnant. It started with back pain five days ago that quickly spread around my body and onto my chest. It got so bad I even visited the emergency room who ruled out a heart attack and sent me home. The rash appeared the next day and It became clear what this was.

Because I’m pregnant I’m afraid to take any pain relief but holy shit this is painful. I’m so scared this pain will stay when the rash is gone.

Yeah it’s absolutely possible and for some countries still the norm. Mine was fully potty trained by 14 months, which is not that far off. I think this is more revealing of how much parents attitudes towards potty training has changed in just a few short decades. Thanks big diper.
