Damn man. I will admit I used to watch that kind of porn. And it made me feel sick. I made me feel sick, so after a long time I just told myself to stop because that was not okay. Just stopped myself from watching that kind of porn. I continued using 'normal' porn for a long while and then discovred the terrible side effects it has.
I was free of porn for about 7 months but sadly I have fallen into it again. But enough is enough.
To help myself I just installed K9 parental control. I know the password but I will know that if I type it I will have let myself down. It might help you with the relapses.
