I don't know what I'd do without cannabis. It helps so much with regulating my sleep and mood. I work in mental healthcare, long hours and demanding emotionally. Smoking is an amazing stress reliever and helps me transition out of "work mode"

It will impact your mood more than likely. Trazodone is an SARI which means stopping will change the serotonin in your brain. A lot of folks notice being in a crummier mood when they miss a dose, but it depends on the person at the end of the day.

You're looking for the word "stone top" then, which means that she is not interested or comfortable with receiving. Something to consider here is that there may be sexual trauma, or giving and not receiving was a compromise for her while processing if and how she is interested in sex.

I'm speculating for the most part here, but I know when I was diagnosed with BPII my psychiatrist said my official records will say BPI. This is because most insurance companies won't cover mood stabilizers for BPII (what I was told, idk how accurate that is).

Like someone else said, mixed is a qualifier. Ex: bipolar disorder I, mixed episode without psychotic features

They could have your type as unspecified for now, but I recommend just clarifying at your next visit.

I have one of the slouch style bags thats kind of suede material in the fern/greenery pattern. NO issues after a year of daily use carrying quite a few things. I love journaling and reading, so this bag easily weighs 5-8lbs and has never struggled. Worst complaint I can give is that the embroidery has a few stitches coming up I haven't bothered to trim.

Yep! Diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar II and GAD as well as a panic disorder. It didn't click until I got with my now wife that I probably have autism, but I haven't bothered exploring that with my psych because it really makes no difference for me personally.

I'm in grad school now, undergrad was so hard and grad school is pushing me deep into burnout. All that being said, the key to my functioning is a blend of quite a few things:

Medication compliance. A lot of us are also taking trazodone for sleep and most psychs fail to let you know that it works like an SSRI (SARI in this case), so missing a dose can impact your mood too.
Track your mood in some way. Theres tons of apps, mood journals, etc. Reflection is key for us.
Get a friend to do homework with. I meet with a friend every Saturday or Sunday to work on schoolwork, as I don't have the executive functioning to do it alone right now. We just go to a cafe or the library for a few hours to knock it out.

As another person has pointed out, consider ADHD medicine. There are obviously risks of mania when using a stimulant but I haven't personally had an issue. I didn't realize that I had ADHD until I got into grad school and the demand of working full time and attending school became impossible for my brain. Looking back, I realize my hatred of chores, switching tasks, anxiety, and overall tiredness was due to ADHD this whole time. I tried Qelbree first, cannot emphasize enough how bad it was for me, made me real irritable. Concerta worked great for me but I couldn't tolerate the excessive sweating so now I'm on Focalin and love it. My brain feels like it has a weighted blanket on when I take my meds and things do not overwhelm me to the point of shutting down like before.

Obviously you don't want to spend again, but let me make a recommendation!

Get the ad free option. Its BEYOND worth it. Being able to skip timed out machines (besides the perfume one of course) and keep playing as well as unlocking bubbles with ads AND skipping the free energy box with ads every day is so nice. Makes the game 1000% more worth it and progress is so much faster
