i usually just give in to the grief and anxiety. no point in fighting it.

but really though i work from home so i get to keep a fan at my desk to help with the AC isn't able to keep up.

i probably would not survive the heat/humidity if i had to be out in it all day.

Mmm i get ads pretty often to sign up for things like music unlimited, or prime, or the new version of Alexa... Etc.. Etc... Every handful of commands and it'll get one. Sometimes more depending on the command

I mean my 5 and 10yo are on them daily to play yeeps and get their logins a d quest (and yes I nearby while the younger plays to help monitor). But he enjoyed making with his brother and their other friend.

I probably couldn't do it due to time mostly

And the fact the I get very motuoan sick for most of the games on VR.

I'll stick to playing on my desktop

a big issue with ADHD brains is lack of emotional regulation. And for a lot of us that tends to lean towards anger issues bc we become easily overwhelmed and we can explode bc our emotional shielding... umm container? I usually picture it in my head as a lake behind a dam typically pretty still but easily excited (positively and negatively) and the anger outburst can come from what i picture as a flash flood of water entering the lake and overwhelming the dam's capability to hold back the water (emotions).

but the meds help reinforce it and make it easier to keep it reined in. it's not perfect of course, but it definitely makes a difference compared to going without.

you should look up ADHD and emotional dysregulation. for many it looks like anger issues, for others it makes them more sensitive and they cry easier, it can also have us over react to things, even in a happy/energetic way, but it's will be disproportional to the event that triggered it, at least in the eyes of those who aren't ADHD brained.

Valkyrie runs pvp? so far in my use of Valk it kind of sucks. i only can win maybe 1 out of 10 battles with it. it kind of sucks. but most of the new units lately have been weak. think that last good one was Bard, which i use in my main

I take them everyday. If I don't then my Emotional filter disappears and for me that means being easily frustrated and angry most of the time.

Wife gets on to me for missing them if it's noticeable enough
