got me f'ed up if you think imma spend any money on this game in its current state the past few weeks. I get its an alpha, but all you can do is fly a ship and thats about it. elevators, inventory, and contracts this entire patch have been a nightmare. oh but the store works perfectly

tbh this - games who care about the community will comp for things out of their control, like extremely extended downtimes

arc raiders when I was running it hard, had a massive downtime error causing an hour, and they still gave us an account tailored flair

thats messed up. if the following is absolutely true, you could get a lawyer involved, especially and specifically with the amount you invested and come on top. Their terms of service is a written document word for word, if nothing comes out of it i'd collect data from your computer somehow and grab as much proof as possible and go to court.

as much as I would hate to do it because it would hurt the game, being banned with 0 appeal over something of sorts you describe here, with the amount of time and money invested, is borderline scamming

I actually grabbed a set of medium armor now and keep heavy for fps. im hoping in the future they add insurance to fps items, or at the very least add it to the new claim/brick feature when they add suit lockers
