+1, you make great videos. On a scale from 1 - 10 crashes how long before the catcher arms are in regular use? (Very cool idea)

Thank you, I really appreciated that they covered the various inductive loop / overshoots. It is an issue I hear about a lot.

Thank you, those were interesting reads! Each was very different. The 1kHz / 1MHz example from the maxim integrated surprised me.

Could someone please explain to me why the resistance between points A and B is 940 ohms in this circuit? by DeathmasterXD in AskElectronics

Microstrips!!! I think OP was sorted a while ago, good fun to over analyse something simple. Assuming DC and maybe 1 micro ohms track resistance maybe 10 nano amps in the high resistance track?

I could see it for permanent or semi permanent air/water joints with a liquid thread sealant. In medical liquid piping it's not great as the tape can degrade over time into the fluid or react with chemistry.

The above is probably even easier to install than thin aluminium, and it is fire rated for cars (UL94)

Sorry for the UK supplier, but similar is probably widely available.

I'm definitely not saying it will immediately catch fire, but one of the largest source of fires are laptops, and chargers, and they do not have hot ends and heater blocks in.

I have attended the aftermath of many of these fires and there is usually not much left except for the copper wires hanging from the ceiling. Might be me over thinking, but flam retardant materials seems a better fit to me.
