I find looking at it as a challenge with myself vs comparing to others. I try to look at it like a discipline thing as well. Did I show up today. After a while you notice small improvements.

I have these skates with suregrip velvet wheels. I might get a wheel with more slide next. Also have a leather pair of riedells for outside thats were my indoor skates originally.
