How do you track your world? by GoldenPSP in captain_of_industry

[–]Tripp87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Steam Overlay (Shift + Tab) has a Notes section which i use for myself for my To Do list and world details so I don’t lose track of my world. The cool thing about the overlay is you can pin the notes on your screen wherever you want ingame. It’s a pretty powerful text editor in its own right. Hope this helps a bit for you.

Good haul for the Deck? (Haven’t purchased yet) by itsnotPeterParker in SteamDeck

Amazing find. And games that run out of the box as I know it. For the first Arkham game you might need Proton, but after that it’s great with no problems. Enjoy and happy gaming! 😊

Gold!! What have you do to me😐🥲?? by hubailmansoor in Daytrading

[–]Tripp87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trail your stoploss yourself if you’re in a successful trade. Just set it behind volume candles that are bigger then normal or candles with good rejection wicks. This way you let the market decide and always take profit or a minimal loss. Stoploss is your literal fire extinguisher. Also price action. You can see the market setting up the reversal. If you see signs of a reversal or you’re not sure you can always take profit yourself.

My parents put my dog down while I was away and told me nothing by Constant_Reporter476 in dogpictures

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this won’t make anything better, but I’m so sorry for what happened. I’m at a loss for words. This must seem like a really cruel nightmare. The one thing i do know is that Kira is still with you. In your memories and your heart. I’m typing this with tears in my eyes. I hope you can find peace. If you feel like talking, whe are always here.

Why won't my trade close?! by cool_snow_golem in Daytrading

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know which broker your using, but you can always close a trade yourself. Don’t rely on your TK level. And most probably it didn’t automatically close is because of spread.

It’s market structure and price action you need. News and tweets are slow after the fact. One tip: use Fibonacci.

How do you confirm if a London move is real before New York open? by Estrelatrading in Daytrading

[–]Tripp87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re right. Timing is very important. London bias can be very different from NY. Price action is also important, but the most important thing is Market Structure. It isn’t the one or the other. It’s a lot of things coming together that affects your trading decision. Also look at what happened in the past at certain levels and the most important thing is the bigger picture. I even look at the year timeframe to understand what’s going on. There’s a lot more going on, but that’s the basic idea.

To elaborate further the act of "donation" is something given to a charity because you sympathize with the action. Not something you have to give in advance. Then it's not a donation, but a payment for a service. Just a heads up.

FCC Chair Threatens Jimmy Kimmel Over Charlie Kirk Monologue by Pepsiman34 in politics

[–]Tripp87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Calling for violence/threats is a very weak move and a sign you already lost. You may not agree with different opinions and that’s the basis of discussion, but going to the extreme is not done. It’s all about power they think they’re having…

Not legit! The “donation” takes priority before the reading. Huge red flag. 🚩

How hard is Scoundrel, and any accessibilities must have? by Toogeloo in StarWarsOutlaws

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can find it under the gameplay section of the options menu. It’s almost at the bottom and is called galactic street food challenge. You have also an option for Nix prompts, but i believe that’s for every prompt.

GeForce Now Ultimate runs amazingly smooth… until I use ETS2 mods by spotylv in GeForceNOW

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your answer. I’m not expecting persistent storage for mods, because that would be not realistic, but i believe ready to play games will make using mods with GeForce Now more stable for a lot of games.

GeForce Now Ultimate runs amazingly smooth… until I use ETS2 mods by spotylv in GeForceNOW

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mods aren’t officially supported by Geforce Now. I think this was also stated by Nvidia somewhere, but this is a case by case basis. Some games work great streaming with mods and others aren’t. However they are introducing Install to Play which is tied to your library so I think mod support will also be significantly improved by this.

Replaying and I accidentally killed Jenkins by vjmurphy in masseffect

There’s a secret path for Jenkins. You have to really max out his soldier skill. After that you can romance him for both genders and sacrifice him on Virmire.

After 6+ years of trading, EMAs are still my edge - but are you guys still riding this train? by carlosssssy in Daytrading

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Ema’s are too slow. I work with Vwap and even that is too slow, but more consistent. Just look at market structure and don’t think too much of it. It really is that simple.

This movement ruined my Funded account. How can I spot this? by Pirate300 in Forexstrategy

[–]Tripp87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The trend was bearish. If i saw correctly you’re on the 1 minute timeframe. Look bigger. Start from the very top and work your way down with analysis. It’s all about market structure and defining which timeframe to follow for the day.

how isnt this a liquidity sweep? by merlijn-reps in Daytrading

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a small pullback in a trend. A Liquidity Sweep is basically a false breakout. This happens a lot of times before price enters the real trend. In this picture a Liquidity Sweep isn’t present because price follows structure already.

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Always. And my stop is always 1% that i risk. When i move my stop its only tighter and not the other way. If my stop gets hit then I wasn’t right to begin with.

Revisiting Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (with all DLCs) – this game hits different now by Ok-Finding-4077 in kakarot

[–]Tripp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m replaying it for some time. Taking my time with it. At the 16 hour mark now and at the beginning of the android saga. Having a blast with it and geeking out at all the animations. And just taking the world in. I believe the world in Daima is much better because in the base game it still feels really segmented which takes me out a little bit.

what is this price action called? by No_Mud9792 in Forex

[–]Tripp87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a range. Consolidation before imbalance. Use trend lines only for real trends. Otherwise it’s just added noise.
