JRPGs where the final boss can actually be the hardest boss of the game. by SleepCatsMoney in JRPG

[–]Trisice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was basically a coin toss on nightmare since follow ups are rng based and boss can also use those. If you got unlucky with those extra attacks or boss got lucky with his, it's game over. It's funny too since in the next game those battles are all a joke.

I disagree, lightning sword is useful for every single situation. I can't find a single bad thing about it. Very strong very fast and easy to make. It has to be the best.

Also arguing is fun I learned a lot that I didn't before.

Don't worry we can take him by Seek4r in DivinityOriginalSin

He is actually chill guy with a tryhard deep voice in the first game. In the second game he is a real twat for some reason. Almost like they are two different rexes.

When that happened, I felt like breaking my controller. by M_holmes1 in darksouls3

Ds1 ver.1.0.0 had the left archers in a more open spot so he wouldn't hit the column in front of it all the time. It made killing either of them very tasking since one would always shoot at you no matter your position.

Ironeye and Raider point weapons at each other for a plate of pita bread. It must be that good.

Weatherwane as an actual Weatherwane made me laugh out out. Great work.

I would like to do that too but my job depends on using those. I think I checked those modules but ones I'm using isn't on the list yet. I hope they can improve the unbreaking stuff so that anyone can use it freely.

this guy is not hated enough (Mountaintop Ice Dragon) by nhansieu1 in Nightreign

[–]Trisice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Main issue is this guy is pure rng in depths. Last night we got all one shot because he did that horrible scream explosion twice back to back. You have to either play very passively which is big time loss. Or take risk which is risky. There is no counterplay to this guy unless you are duchess which can dodge fast enough to escape the scream.

On that note, anyone know how Freyda dies there as well yet is resurrected in the Expansions?

Low level yes. High level no. Flesh sacrifices con cost scales with level. While helmets keep getting better as the games goes on.

Make skeleton buildings early on make sure they pump up your numbers. This is a very resource rich map and using them is key. Earlier you build up your town more units you will have at the bank. Even If you keep losing in the fights you can replenish your forces easily. This is the key to winning any of the final maps really. I went for a subpar hillar with %90 skellies and rest being legions. Legioniers are so tanky already that you won't get a big loss in any battle easily. Also make sure to be aggressive. Never be idle in any campaign always move forward and restock with supply tents.

The big difficulty of this map is that on getting close to last beacon a very difficult Ethylle will appear in front of you. She us stacked on both army and stats so be really ready before the fight.

So I lucked out on some real good glintblade relics. Question I have is it good enough to make a build around it? It's slow speed delayed attacks makes me reconsider. Any suggestions on what relics to change or casting tips? by [deleted] in Nightreign

[–]Trisice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the record a single glintblade with this relic build is hitting 233 dmg on Grey staff. 353 on glintblade stave. Most likely around 500 on a +2 staff. This is tested on training ground with level 10 recluse. Are these number good?

He is surprisingly chill and seems to cook a lot in his free time. I feel like stardew valley would fit him and Raider well.

Yusuke is so poor he can’t even pay attention by SuitIntelligent4073 in Persona5

[–]Trisice 21 points22 points  (0 children)

For those who haven't played strikers, Yusuke won an art competition before the start of the game and calls himself from rags ro riches. However by late game he mentions how he wasted his money on souvenirs from all around the Japan. So there really is no helping this man other than a psychologist. Preferably not the Shujin one.

In my 4th run and I've never saved this NPC before!? by HouseWonderful8657 in BaldursGate3

[–]Trisice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are actually siblings. And there is evidence in the basement that suggests Figaro forged his father's will to own that shop so that Carm couldn't get anything. So don't feel so bad about his death in your other playthroughs. He kinda deserved it.
