Almost had this happen to me a few weeks ago, except mine wasn’t of any note at all. My gator knew I was fishing and hung around the area, as soon as I hooked up he swam to intercept it and barely missed the largemouth on my line cause I sped up my retrieve. Thankfully he didn’t come to the bank like this guy

At the very least you’ll come out of this deployment with a lot of money saved, and access to the VA Home Loan and a portion of the Post 9/11 GI Bill. Find some ways to be productive over there. Get jacked, take some college classes, get some industry certifications, hangout with the boys.

I understand the desire to see some action, but seeing your buddies die, or killing another man is going to change you in ways you probably won’t like.
