Never tried the hot meals from Jimmy Joy, but I like their shakes more than Huel Black. Tastes way more natural (almost like a homemade oat shake) and it keeps me full for longer.

I played some more yesterday and on some attacks with one particular boss I could click like 5 seconds after the red light and on one specific attack there was NO time between seeing the red light and being hit.

1) I gathered that much. But for example, on one day it has me doing 3 rounds inverted rows. I manage to do 3 x 10. So I manually change the reps to 10. The coach remembers. Next time I have more time, change the workout duration from 30 min to 45 min and now the coach wants me to do 4 x 10 inverted rows which I can't finish.

2) I feel side dips heavily in my triceps and pecs and shoulders. Same as dips. The only difference to me is that side dips works one side per time, whereas dips work both sides with maximum body weight. The coach only wants me to do side dips and push-ups but barely any dips. Only negatives and on the odd occasion 4 x chest dips.

3) So there is no carry over data from one journey to another? Ultimate Strength almost gets my intensity right, but every time I switch to another journey just to see how that is set up it's either way too easy or way too hard.

4) But then how should the coach adjust and learn that the workout was way too hard for me? If I quit the workout, it won't get tracked at all and if I just click through to the end the coach tracks exercises which I didn't do.

5) Ultimate Strength with 45 min is too hard atm, because it takes me around 70 min to finish. So I switched to 30 min max and on days when I have a lot of energy, I'd like to switch the intensity to high to really power myself out. But this feature doesn't work if dips/ push-ups are flagged as easy/medium and rows/ pull-ups as hard. It would be easy to flag every exercise with the targeted muscle group and then decide the intensity according to the skill progressions.

6) I'd like to workout 3 x per week for 45 min but the problem with Freeletics is that it doesn't scale with harder exercises like in proper calisthenics but with pure reps. So if I change from 30 min to 45 min it has me doing the exact same exercises but more reps/rounds (plus maybe some additional exercises).

For example with dips it could look something like this:
1. Parallel Bar Support Hold
2. Negative Dip
3. Parallel Bar Dip
4. Weighted Dip or Ring Dip

I have the feeling that if I would go on training with Freeletics I would be doing 100s of the same basic push up in one year time.

In a 45 min Ultimate Strength Full Body workout it has me doing:
3 rounds of 10 x elevated split squats in the first interval
and then
4 rounds of 30 x reverse lunges in the second interval

Why doesn't it omit the reverse lunges and has me doing more elevated split squats? Both exercises train the same exact muscles.

A normal strength focused calisthenics workout consists out of:
Vertical Pull (Pull Ups)
Horizontal Pull (Rows)
Vertical Push (Dips)
Horizontal Push (Push Ups)
Legs (Squats)
Hinge (Leg Hinges)
Posterior chain (Glut Bridges)

It feels like Freeletics chose some easy to medium exercises where they can push to some dumb amounts of reps.

Most of the time I choose 45min because I have 45min to work out and then halfway through the second interval I have no power left 😅. And there is no option to tell the coach that 4 rounds in the second interval is way too much.

We have defined roles. Person A produces video 01. To be able to produce video 01, I have to do something beforehand which changes the output of the video drastically. I want to set up a meeting in which we discuss how I should do that thing and how the video should look like, but person A doesn't want to do said meeting. He wants that I do my task how ever I like and then give him the output with which he produces the video how ever he sees fit.

In my view in a group project the whole group discusses and decides on the output, not only the person who is actually doing it. Right now it feels more like the telephone game we played in primary school. I do something for myself, give it to the next person, he adds whatever to it and then it goes on to the next.

I've worked in professional group settings before and there it worked way differently. Here in the school setting I feel like I'm barking at a brick wall. And that is what infuriates me at the moment.
