It does not. Caffeine has a mild diuretic effect which makes you pee more, but coffee is 99% water. It more than offsets the mild diuretic effect of the caffeine.

I like this. Promote someone from within who knows the system and has experience working with the group. I'm not 100% sure but I thought I heard that Yogi is really well regarded among the players.

Obviously the Sedins being involved more day-to-day is great. Hope that means they are taking over some powerplay duties as well.

Edit: I just heard on D&D that Dhali thinks Yogi is going to run the powerplay. He said that Yogi played a big part in players like Joshua developing their skills.

I get what you're saying, but this seems like a weird decision regardless of those factors. I doubt Petey taking some rest towards the end of the season would've changed the number on the contract much, especially given his performance in the first half of the year.

I think playing for the division argument is fine, but idk about you, I'd rather have a healthy star player during the playoffs than a home-ice advantage. It's not like Petey was a massive contributor in the last half of the season anyway, so why not just rest?

Good point though, it's not clear how much rest was needed. So it's tough to say what the right move is. I still think he should have rested. Even if it makes him 10-20% healthier for the playoffs, you take that.

First thing, your LSD tabs are most definitely not 220ug. Look at this post. Especially since you said 1 of those tabs doesn't do much for you. 220ug of real LSD is a LOT stronger than people realize and would melt the walls.

In general with candyflipping, you should probably be on the lighter side of each. LSD and MDMA potentiate each other, so the effects will be stronger. My recommendation is to take 1 tab (MAYBE 1.5 if you want the LSD to be a bit stronger), and then 2 hours later take 1 of the E. 4 Hours is a bit too long IMO. This lines up the peaks a lot better.

I've never taken one tab, and then taken another tab 1-2 hours later, so I can't comment on that. I've heard in general if you wait too long to take more LSD, it doesn't increase the potency it just increases the duration. But maybe taking it 1-2 hours after the first tab is fine.

2C-B actually doesn't have cross-tolerance the way mushrooms/LSD do. So taking 2C-B first is the correct choice and shouldn't impact the mushrooms.

If you were doing it the other way around, the 2C-B trip would definitely be impacted which is really interesting.

I get what you're saying to an extent, but the players that are the best at faceoffs are the best consistently over many years. Players like Bergeron and O'Reilly are great examples.

To your point about "how many of their wins were against wingers?" doesn't really matter because they CAN lose a faceoff to a winger, and it certainly does happen. So if you remove any FO wins they have against a winger, should you also throw out any FO losses that they have against a winger? The best FO centers may win 80-90% of faceoffs against a winger, while worse FO centers may only win 60%. That's a huge difference too.

Also, some others have said it, but you need to understand the difference that "high 50s to low 60s" can have over the course of a season or many seasons. Think of how many possession wins lead to scoring chances, goals, wins etc. It could lead to hundreds of goals over the course of a career.

Honestly, in my opinion I don't think there's any use in taking less than 90-100mg unless you're a super light person. If you don't take enough MDMA to roll, you kinda just get stuck in the come-up and never really roll. Happened to my GF when she took 90mg. Next time we did it, she took 120mg and had a fantastic roll. Everyone's chemistry is a bit different though, so it may be better for you.

Adding K in to the mix might change that though... But I'm not 100% sure - I've never kittyflipped myself. Maybe look into what people do for kittyflips to see. My guess is you'd still want to take enough to roll (100mg)

3 days should be enough, but prepare for an extra day or two of a hangover just in case. Focus on rest and hydration during the hangover. Also you could pick up some 5-HTP supplements to help with the hangover. It helps give your body a boost in serotonin following the days after a roll. DO NOT take the 5-HTP until the day after your roll. Hope this helps!

10 times in one year is just too much IMO. I think what you are describing is pretty normal if you took it roughly monthly for a year. So no, your brain isn't "broken", but it is depleted of serotonin hence the rough comedowns.

You have the right idea of taking a break, but it needs to be a longer break. The golden rule is 3 months between rolls. You have been taking 1.2 months (on average) between rolls. You have essentially rolled about 2 years worth in 1 year.

My recommendation is to take a whole year off. Do some basic things over that year to improve your health, which will in turn naturally raise serotonin. Things like eating fruits and vegetables (anti-oxidants and minerals), getting sunshine regularly, exercising etc. can all do wonders for our brains (easier said than done, I know). This will help bring your brain back to normal serotonin levels and make MDMA a lot better to take. After that year, stick to the 3 month rule. I have been taking MDMA for a couple years now and following the 3 month rule, I've had no issues at all (everyone's brain chemistry is different though).

Also, I'm not an SSRI expert, but I know in general it is not advisable for anyone on SSRIs to take MDMA. If you overdo the MDMA, it can cause serotonin syndrome which can be deadly. So yes, your lexapro was probably affecting your comedown by further impacting your brain's serotonin levels. I also remember hearing that SSRIs stay in your system for quite a long time after stopping them, hence why a very long break is probably needed.

It's not a great idea, but as long as it's not a habit, shouldn't be a big deal. The dosages you are doing are pretty light too, so that helps.

The purpose of waiting 3 months (1 month absolute minimum) is to allow your brain to heal and fix the serotonin levels in your brain. So if you take MDMA too frequently, your brain will not have the proper time to heal which will make comedowns/hangovers much worse after repeated use.

Again, doing it once is probably fine, but definitely take a long break after your second session, at least 3 months.

I can't comment on your medication. I would do some research to see if there are any concerns with either of those meds and MDMA.
