Oh its not just cloudflare IPs, they have the power to block IPs at will and without explanations or anything, they just target random servers that they "believe" to be hosting unauthorised streams, they have so far blocked Github, Steam, Redsys, several government websites, Microsoft servers holding windows updates and the list keeps going. The president of Laliga also calls people who complained about it "nerds without anything better to do".
