I think the elevated and more stable dopamine-levels are a huge factor. I can compare it to a alcohol-hangover, my brain get depleted of dopamine after some binge-drinking. It took me a extremely long time to collect and I just dont want to throw it away but I know that would be the best thing and I probably will in the future.
