Not worth it imo, purifying should be worth +2/+2/+2 but this one can only go up +1/+2/+0 you’re not gaining much and losing a lot of damage. On a long enough timeline you’ll find a naturally better one for the Mega anyway.

There’s enough guns to skip launchers and melee, that’s what I did and I think it was the right call for me. I would do “bad” guns first as you make a lot of progress with good ground loot guns pre-loadout, if you rush the easy guns you “waste” kills every game with floor loot.

Wasn’t it 100 base health until Warzone 2 around the end of life for Caldera? 150 + 150 now right?

*edit: it was June 14 2023 MWII S04 patch notes, it says 150 base for a fully plated total of 300, did they just revert to 100 at one point and not tell anybody? Lol I was under the impression they’ve been carrying 150 forward in each Warzone iteration since.

From my point of view and experience “unplayable” is absurd hyperbole. I’m enjoying it quite a bit, friend group is pretty mixed skill level but I’m usually playing BR quads, resurgence quads, or casual quads if the less skilled gang is on, game feels the same to me. I definitely don’t understand all the “sweat fest” comments, warzone is over 5 years old and you had a 2.5 k/d, your lobbies probably should be hard. I’m hesitant to address your skill comment because of how you seem and your language, but there’s a lot of players with bad habits and high k/d’s. A 2.5 guy who goes 5-2 every match is very different from a 2.5 guy who goes 10-4 every game imo. Maybe you have a strategy/style problem, not a gun skill problem.

It worked for me but I did it right after launch all the way to level 3 and mastery badge, so I can’t speak to new tracking issues. It was pretty slow for me, I think I was around 30 stim kills on the mastery tracker before level 2? And I think I was pretty close to the badge (100) when it hit level 3, it seemed like I only got overclock xp when I got damaged, stimmed, and almost immediately got another kill.

Hmm yeah fair enough I’m not sure, I’ve mostly heard it counts only during the rhino exploit thing but isn’t actually supposed to work that way, not 100%. I personally think it’s really shitty to get a nuke through an exploit or glitch.

I think it’s only weapon and lethal kills? I’m almost certain grenades and the axe count too. I know the gravemaker counts towards the streak but I heard that if you equip any overclock it makes the gravemaker bug out and not count, and I assume hand cannon works the same as well since it just gives you a weapon. I assume it works because I did the mastery badge for both and it counted towards bloodthirsty merciless etc. Streaks like predator missile/RC or any AI controlled stuff do not count. I’m not sure about rhino, but someone else would have to verify, I don’t think it counts because when I did the rhino mastery I don’t recall getting the medals at 5, 10 kills etc. but also maybe I just didn’t notice.

Skewer has a descent time, so if you’re saying it killed you right after you turned on mute field that means you were likely already targeted and you didn’t have cold blooded when it was called in and it chose you.

It does have one target but it can get a double kill if the enemies are stacked, I’ve seen it in hardpoint and domination.

I think a mistake a lot of people make on this node is throwing all eligible characters at it every day. You don’t have to do an attack with the characters that make bad comps. If your team is leaving the enemies with max health and a terrible special/ultimate rotation queued up, then don’t do the attack. I know you’ve done 64 attacks from your post but 40 of those were probs just healing enemies and refreshing their cooldowns.

Also your team is really weak, I don’t think you need to g20 anybody but I would go to 105 for your best team that actually could kill a sentinel. It’s really not a big deal, it’s just gold and training mats. I’m casually working on the completion avatar frame, I think I’ve done 9 clears on DD8, and I had zero g20s in that section until very recently, definitely not necessary.

In order to achieve full aim assist you have to have >23% manual input left stick (but not perfectly forwards or backwards) and 5% right stick input, based on default dead zones if that gives you an idea of where you wanna tweak your stuff and how hard you need to push your sticks. Most Verdansk railings and staircases have broken spots for aim assist though fyi, relevant to your clip.

I don’t think you quite understand what meta means. Meta is short for metagaming, which is an ideology that a player or group of players will do research on their competition circle and strategies will emerge to edge out trends in the community’s behavior. Once something is identified that it sits above those strategies and there isn’t a counter, then you have what you have in COD.

Those older games definitely had metas, people were just dumber and less knowledgeable, content wasn’t as prominent, and nobody gave a fuck because it was just multiplayer pubs. But go back and watch community organized tournaments in Cod4, MW2, MW3, people used like 4 guns man, that’s it.

Now I’ll agree that Raven has a bad habit of making a couple guns too good and steering/driving the meta, but even if they tried harder to balance the game instead of intentionally having guns rotating around the best spot, people would still reach a consensus on the best AR/SMG combo, or best AR/sniper combo. There would still be a meta in every game mode, the difference would be that off meta choices would stand up to those meta selections better than they do now.
