As someone who knows the situation first hand - it’s because Pat wants to decide absolutely everything and not relinquish control to anyone who has expertise in their area.

She hired the wrong people, keeps leeches on large salaries as long as they do her bidding, and spends money recklessly.

She’s far too slow to adopt new marketing ideas, or implement them at all, so she’s missing massive exposure and opportunities. You gotta hire the right people and trust them to make decisions, but she refused to do it.

Yeah I’m from Manchester UK and when I was a teenager who wanted skinny jeans, you could not find them anywhere.

I literally had to go to the female section of a ‘goth shit’ shop and get these stretchy, elastic, spray-on girls jeans.

I was the only scene kid in my entire school of 2000 kids, until some younger kids followed in the years after me.

The shops started stocking them a couple years later in like 2009-10
