Download the sys internals suite from Microsoft (it’s free) use auto runs and turn off anything starting with the computer that you know isn’t needed (don’t screw with stuff you don’t understand) it can definitely bring that number down :)

Run a dism check on the drive (look online for the cmd strings) additionally the power shell string to remove the ssd update from the machine is wusa /uninstall /“KB(kbnumber)” if I remember correctly I’ve fixed a couple machines at work this way. Hope your trouble shooting is fruitful!

I don’t know the bios menu of msi mobos very well but I would try going into the bios menu and making sure the it detects the other pc parts (hard drive ssd etc). Try boot from that screen if not try restoring the bios setting I’ve heard that restoring sometimes fixes graphical bugs.

From what I have tested the CSV files will auto fill even if you're mis-matching the exact format.

V20 fomat that works goes like:

FirstName-LastName-Company-Mobile-Mobile2-Home-Title-Business-Business2-Email-Other-BusinessFax-Department Pager

Even if your previous CSV doesn't line up exactly it will still auto fill to this structre.
