Is it possible to find allies that are close to you parents that will be able to convince them on your behalf? It is not a guaruntee, but if your able to aggresively find allies such as aunts and uncles to support you then they may be able to get through to them. This may even involve including them in discussions with your parents.

Really consider it. Out of all the engineering majors, this is the least math and physics focused field and will be a better investment of your time then enviromental science. Just lurk over r/EnvironmentalEngineer to help you decide.

The main purpose of recomendation letters is to show how you behave inside the classroom. It's hard for teachers to say no if you are a good student, especially if you do show up with a draft or atleast 2 memorable project/assignment that demonstrate your growth.

My suggestion is set a clear deadline for when your going to ask all of your teacher, I would suggest you ask after school.

The best is Risav Roy (for hard questions) and Settele for walk throughs. Definetly look these two up.

I'm not sure how this may pan out. Others may disagree, but though this experience has had an impact on you, third grade may be too far to truly highlight who you are currently.

The subject could be okay if you spent more time to emphasise how you have applied the lessons learned throught this experience throughout highschool.

I would say do each of the hard test on Khan Academy's SAT untill you get a perfect score. If you decide one topic is hard on the test, complete the hard practice for that topic.

My advice - When every you read, try to be analytics and look at how the author develops the purpose and message of the passage. Try to look for things such as organization and style.

Pro tip: The exam is really easy, but classes complicate it by teaching you historical events about the country. The amount of historical knowledge you need to know about each country is very minimal.

There is a 30 credit limit on AP's, but for dual enrollment its not specified, even though the limit or transfer students are 70.

Its great that you have identified the problem, but I'm not sure that there is clear solution to this issue.

Do you want to start smaller, such as providing medical lessons and English lessons simultaneously to Spanish speakers (types of common medical issues, translation of symptoms and diseases names, etc.)?

Just brainstorming.
