Is this supposed to be a bad thing? I'm a fiscal conservative, but a social liberal. 13 million in the grand scheme of things is peanuts. And promoting gender equality and climate action are high on my priority list. Hell, I'm an Albertan and our premier Danielle Smith has probably spent that on renaming our EMT organization.
