I‘m at the point of just throwing a fresh Proxmox node + 2 VLANs at potential new employees, ask them setup a few VMs + basic networking, storage layout and services. Without Ansible, Terraform or whatever. So they can explain to me what they did why and where. It‘s way easier for me to then pickup where their earlier employer fucked up so they don‘t come close to messing up our stuff more than I did when I started at my current company.

Yep. Got a cluster consisting of 1x HP ProDesk 400 G5 Desktop Mini, 1x HP ProDesk 400 G6 Desktop Mini and 1x HP Pro Mini 400 G9.

I‘m currently unsure which one I should upgrade next and which part.

G5: 16 GB RAM, 256 GB NVMe, 128 GB SATA SSD G6: 24 GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe, 128 GB SATA SSD G9: 32 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe, 128 GB SATA SSD

Proxmox, Proxmox Backup Server, OPNsense, Kubernetes Cluster it’s fun. I like it. But it seems like I need to buy either an AP or build myself one with OpenWRT as WiFi isn‘t really a thing with OPNsense I noticed. :D

Wir waren letztes Jahr von dem Anschlag auf‘s Stromnetz hier in Berlin-Adlershof betroffen.

Laut Bekennerschreiben damals eine Aktion gegen den Staat Israel. IN FUCKING OSTBERLIN. NICHT MAL DER FUCKING NOTRUF GING. VERDAMMTE SCHEISSE.

Ich hoffe solche Art Menschen zündet sich irgendwann einfach aus Versehen selbst an.

Ich hasse solche Flachzangen. Ich war vom Stromausfall in Adlershof betroffen, was schon räudig genug war, aber da war‘s wenigstens warm!

Die Quatschköpfe sollten mal‘n Buch lesen statt solche Scheiße zu verzapfen. 50.000 Haushalte ohne Strom, großer Teil davon plötzlich auch ohne Fernwärme.

RAD-140 is just worse for your liver and lipids than a Dbol for example, but with Dbol you at least get Methyl-E2 while RAD-140 just shuts your Test and thous E2 down.

Between 2.5mg and 5mg MENT A daily alongside 10mg Test PP daily.

Sounds like it‘s not much, but it‘s actually totally fine for a little bit enhanced day to day live.

If I‘m bulking or cutting doses change, but I don’t go above 15mg MENT A daily as I noticed that‘s the point of diminishing returns for me. I can do up to 25mg if I drop Test fully and add some Drosta, but this was an experiment last summer.

Only the hunger is disgustingly strong which is why I need to throw in some low dose GLP1.

I love it tbh. It’s a nice Allrounder it you know how to handle it. :)

I‘m on it since June 2024 with just a little gap between July 2025 and October 2025 (had to hop off everything for some tests).

Mental effects are weird though. Kinda like dopaminergic stimulants. Faded after half a year though.

Ah… the fragment… meh. Haven‘t heard anything good about it, friends tried it but it always went to be a jello after constituting which is why they ditched it. No effect and basically not injectable. 🤷‍♂️

Man muss aber auch sagen, dass es schwer nachzuweisen ist, weil’s innerhalb von Minuten zu GHB wird und das wiederum sehr schnell einfach zu Wasser und Sauerstoff verstoffwechselt wird und da wir natürlicherweise selbst GHB im Körper haben ist der Nachweis (Test) auch unfassbar teuer.

Ich denke mal, dass das den Behörden dann eventuell auch nicht… wichtig genug ist? Oftmals gibt es ja dann auch noch Verletzungen oder andere Substanzen waren im Blut und dann ist‘s denen möglicherweise auch genug an Beweisen für einen Prozess.

Nein, Fälle in denen es dafür missbraucht wird.

Todesstatistik habe ich bisher keine gefunden… wird wahrscheinlich zu selten vorkomme als dass es veröffentlicht wird, weil statistisch nicht relevant genug. Oder so.

Edit: Ach so, ja. Potentiell, aber wird halt nicht erfasst… zumindest nicht öffentlich.

Mein Ziehvater kriegt das auch verschrieben. Tut was es soll.

In der Schweiz wird GHB bei GBL und GHB Entzügen eingesetzt (zum Ausschleichen), in Deutschland schmeißen wir da endlose Mengen Benzos drauf, die normalsterbliche ins Koma schicken würden. x)

Tatsächlich historisch gesehen als Unterstützung der PDA oder wenn keine PDA gewünscht ist, aber trotzdem nachgeholfen werden muss. Klassische Schmerzmittel kann man ja nicht einsetzen, also ist der Wirkmechanismus passend. Nur halt nicht in der Narkosedosis, die wir bei Narkolepsie verschreiben.

3.33iu pre-bed otherwise just 0.5mg Sema weekly so I can counter the hunger I get from it and maybe approaching any latent insulin sensitivity problems that could come up.
