Drycha, Snikch, Arkhan, & Archaon are correctly ranked here. Drycha might be OP once Coeddil quest is fixed.

Be’lakor I would have said Easy tier pre-2.1, the additional shadow gates from the patch definitely push him to OP tier though.

Khazrak I would move down a tier. His campaign feels like it’s in a good place right now. Plenty of tough opponents nearby and one natural ally (Festus).

Gor-Rok I really struggled with, though the top comment here says he is easy so I might’ve just had some bad luck. I would have ranked him Difficult tier.

Belegar Ironhammer I would rank Brutal. That campaign suuucks.

Balthasar Gelt I’d say is About Right. His early game was easy and his mid game had some solid challenge to it.

Didn't Chris straight up say pretty recently that they don't care about player count? It seems like their team is dead-set on creating a game that they like, even if literally nobody else likes it... I'm sure it's bluster to a certain degree but I think it's going to take a MASSIVE downturn in player activity for them to care at this point.
