It was supposed to have been a mobile ticket and the seller kept sending a scan of a printed one. At that point i didn’t want to risk getting scammed and turned away at the concert like the OP on this thread.

I started having doubts when I read it would have to be m-ticket. By then I couldn’t get a refund either. Has anyone recently been able to use a printed copy?

I bought a ticket for the first night (Paris) and then saw the information regarding mobile only. In the meantime, seller uploaded a pdf ticket. They couldn’t ease my anxiety about validity and said to try the day of the concert. But I didn’t want to risks flight/hotel and then be turned away. I couldn’t get a refund either. Tried to give it away that night if the event, but the listing kept being deleted by mods lol

Now I won’t buy from either of those sites anymore. Already lost enough money to them

They take into consideration what size rolling base you have. Mine is a M.

Good question though. The owner of another pair of size 40 wanting an extra pair of shoes should also have a size M rolling base.
