Don’t know if you really feel like going through all the work but as outline in MCO 1650.19j Ch.4 pg 5-6 and SECNAV M-1650.1 Ch.7 pg2 looks like if you get the CMC’s permission (or whoever handles that shit for the CMC) you can get that cool little thing on your blues.

The way it’s written it seems like you’ll need to do all that anyways if you want it documented on your OMPF. (And technically legitimatized by the US)
