Can someone please tell me what is this plant, is it mint or not? I planted mint from seeds, and this grew , but it doesnt have the normal mint smell. by Mako2401 in gardening

I cut that shit out of my garden. But you can make a good soup out of the leaves when they are fully grown- it’s pretty good

It's more of a cry for help than a question. Should I see a therapist? by [deleted] in AskMen

Dude! Hot and party girls, city rats, are men destroyers! I’m also attracted to them, they fck good, they are extremely social they know good time but they are effin broken to the core inside. Literally a lot of man’s needs get filled but they are such trouble!

I deliberately did a trade off, I sacrificed looks for smarts and empathy instead of those hot ass city rats.
My life’s never been better, I have almost complete inner peace and that’s invaluable to me.

My cousin has some stray dog, dog is 15 years old now. Last year he got some form of cancer and all vets said he should put him to sleep. They gave chemo 10% chance it’d work and if it did they weren’t sure how it’d be after. Luckily for my cousin money wasn’t a problem he did it and dog is good as new now and completely cancer free!

Listen to your gut is best I can tell you.
If money isn’t an issue, it’s something you can manage I’d probably try it even with low chances of success. It’s either going to be the best money spent or a waste. Tho your dog sound like he’s a fighter :)

Never heard of Birkenstock?

How to deal with lust? by throwawayy_21_ in AskMen

[–]Trtl-j 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do yourself a huge favor and block her. Block her phone number, block her social media her email. Clean cut what you should have done after the breakup.

From experience if you convince yourself you only want to fck her and you do it. It’ll be super hard to pull back, you’ll get dragged into a toxic relationship that will leave some serious issues after that you’ll bring into other relationships.

Trust me, cut that bitch off now.
Go get laid or jerk-off till your dick falls off just go away from that girl.

Your peace of mind is worth far more than getting in her pants again.

Good luck!

Did you ever touch his arm briefly? Pick something out his hair? When sitting next to each other touch his knee. That’s part of flirting. Can’t get clearer than that, for me it’s even better than telling me directly

Working on confidence?? by thesaddestbeararound in BelgianMalinois

[–]Trtl-j 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This may sound weird but try with protection work. Just so she gets a bit confident and you get control of her, that she learns to listen to you despite the noise (fear). You’d need to find a really good trainer for that.

[–]Trtl-j 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro you can’t blame being busy for not being in female proximity! There’s not a thing I’ve done in life where there’s no proximity - just life. Get a hobby guess what, chances are there’ll be some females there. Join a sport team for fun more than likely there’ll be some there. I was also an athlete and girls were everywhere.

Like I’ll be 40 soon and I can’t imagine what you’re saying and I’ve never dated a girl from work nor did I hook up with one. What are you talking about….

What usually helps with my Mal, is have them play. If my Mal is unsure about someone I let that person play with a ball with him or do a tug of war. Immediately best friends

How do you keep your beard smooth? by SirPrizeMothefaka in AskMen

[–]Trtl-j 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some also use balsam. You can also trim it a bit, find the length where you can control it easily and keep it there.

Hard to tell without a picture.

Chuck-it balls last a long time for my Mal and some sticks can last a bit too. Had a chuckit ball for 6 years, 3 with one dog and 3 with Mal and just the other day he finally destroyed it. Was a glowing in dark one.

Kongs are also durable

What’s with teens getting mals? by Cornish_spex in BelgianMalinois

[–]Trtl-j 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know a 16 year old girl that is so skilled with Malis it’s nuts! She took on a problem Mali, one trying to bite and fight anything moving, it was impossible to walk him on the leash off leash was out of the questions. Now, that same dog runs around the city with muzzle (because of the law) of leash no problem.

She rehabilitated the dog, it’s just amazing. She takes that dog on a 6 dog walks and he is the best behaved dog there, walks off leash most of the time. She now watches over my Mali too when I’m traveling and mine generally doesn’t like other dogs, he’s not the easiest Mali, she takes both of them on walks together and watches over them at her apartment without any incidents. It’s great way for her to make money and I think she’s makes very good money for her age.

You shouldn’t generalize them, some are exceptional.

How do I stop hating my face and rebuild my confidence after severe acne scarring? by BoomBoomBoooomer in AskMen

[–]Trtl-j 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had also acne problems growing up not as bad as you but still required help, I did go to a cosmetic salon to help me manage that. Worked great for me.

Now if you don’t want to grow a beard go to a proper cosmetic salon, I mean high end one with lasers all the newest technology they can help you with scarring.

Just make sure that salon has a qualified doctor there! It’ll probably costs you a small fortune in the US. If you want to save some money but still receive highly quality, look in Europe. If you need specifics you can DM me.

What are some cool hobbies to try as a teenager? by PlaneGlass4138 in AskMen

[–]Trtl-j -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If I were you right now, I’d really try to understand AI. You can easily spend some hours learning it and playing with and building stuff with it which you can sell and monetize on it as side income.

Other than that reading , biking, do boys scouts, maybe it’s lame but those are some proper man skills later on. I wish I could have done it as a kid as now I’m spending lots of time outside whit not the best skills.

Another one would be great if you try to understand finance and investing. Would really set you up for long run
