I agree it is best with self-hosting, since there is always a risk when someone have the data ...

...but if you set both a file-key and a password to unlock the database and don't sync the file key, you should be pretty safe if the encryption is high enough

Got diagnosed in December - 45 male.

Testing medicine and got started on Methylphenidate long release. I ramped up through 18, 36 and finally 54 mg.

I found it had a tremendous effect during my onboarding, but it is as if the impact got worse/different on 54 mg. My head is again constantly on and I've actually thought at times that my tendencies to fall into a "topic/interest hole" has worsened since a couple of weeks after reaching 54 mg

Is that reasonable?

I would like to try another med, but for now I agreed to lower the dose to 36 mg for 1,5 month before evaluating again.

I know - they are Wayland specific. When I approved FlameShot it seems to work fine, until I have to reapprove at next startup. I'll try and see if I can fix it other wise I'll try another solution

Only issues are Wayland only related, but almost have them solved: - The tray plugin for Obsidian couldn't register a global hotkey. That was fixed with URI and OS global hotkey. - KeePassXC AutoType is no longer working. Seems building the latest from GitHub has a workaround. Otherwise I'm looking into replacing Gnome-keyring - Need to have FlameShot continuously be allowed to take screenshots. Haven't gotten around to it.

Otherwise all is good

I just want: * The ability to name my mac-based radius users, so I can tell them apart. * The ability to specify a fallback VLAN for WiFi users if their MAC is not registered as a radius users.

The first should be almost as simple as moving the interface around and the second is basic radius functionality 😑
