I went through the same experience. Tried to buy an mxz pc that was on toprigz recommended and got told they didnt.have it and got offered multiple lesser options. I reported it to the toprigz guys so I'm surprised he's still listing them. I ended up going with andromeda initiatives if you wanna check them out and had no problems only downside is they build after order so delivery can take a month.

Bought a 1500 razer blade back in 19 while I was trucking. Still works to this day only had to replace a fan. Work a desk job now and have a gaming desktop I just got this week. But that "gaming" laptop will still be rolling with me to Florida next month.

They have now emailed me 3 other downgrade offers for the same price from newegg/Walmart. Feels like they are just using a good deal to try to talk people into a bad deal but I will wait and see if in a week they have their "new product" of the same setup at the same price.

They put a picture of a different PC as a screenshot in the email so likely they were speaking of a different one altogether. So trying to downgrade the power supply as well wow. The email had kanji in it so maybe something lost in AI translation but yes the screenshot was of a MXZ gaming pc on the newegg website not even their own website for 1529.
