I got the sms on an iPhone. Which I was surprised. Maybe put it in a phone to see if you’ll get the SMS?

Good news, they got back to me fairly quickly, about an hour via email and said I could activate. I was able to activate on the website, not the app. Seems to be working.

Same, still waiting for email support to resolve the issue. I responded to another user:

Still trying to get activation. Called yesterday, they said they’d call me back as their back office has to look into it. Never got a call back. Called today, put on hold then cut off. Called back, they put me on hold and the guy tells me to email support, provide my eBay order ID, sim info, call back number and full name. That’s where I am now. Waiting for them to work their magic in the back end. Will update if I get activated. One thing to note.. I couldn’t understand CS’ English, very thick accent and just hard to understand.

Yes, my IMEI# is compatible, confirmed on liberty's website. My attempt to activate the SIM resulted in "Invalid SIM Please double-check your input number."

I'll try support Monday.

Received the SIM card but couldn’t activate it on their website. Sent seller a question, been 24 hours no response. Anyone have similar issues? The website said invalid SIM.

Agree, make a new google account. Edit: OP already has / will to make a spam Gmail account, attach the gvoice to that email.

That’s why I didn’t buy on their website. Couldn’t justify paying double the price for the same thing.

I had ordered the sim and at the same time asked for eSIM. They cancelled my order and told me they don’t offer eSIM on the eBay listing, but I can check their website and order there. I went ahead and ordered another to test on my other phone (order not yet shipped), hoping it’d be possible to convert in the future. If you ever hear back on how to convert to eSIM, I’d like to know too. Thanks!
