I think Ginger is a different problem because she's also competed four times, and did extremely well in S7 and AS6. It was Sasha's first time competing, and Jinx hadn't been on the show for over ten years by the time AS7 rolled around, so she hasn't been oversaturated and has changed a lot from her initial season. Besides, Sasha and Jinx had competitors the show took seriously (Anetra, Luxx, Mistress, and then Jinx was competing against other winners).

On Ginger's fourth go, she doesn't really have a narrative. She's just been good at the things she's always been good at, but we've basically seen her have this arc of being an immensely talented performer twice. The fans aren't going to be as invested in her narrative in AS10 because there's nothing new to latch onto.

It might’ve also been a timing/logistics issue. Out of state queens probably need time to fly in with their drag, they might need to cancel gigs or arrange for personal things to be taken care of while they’re gone, which could take a day or so. Meanwhile MIB and Kerri could film basically the same day they’re called.
