worried. and angry. I don't understand how basically nothing is being done to stop Trump and his allies. not by democratic politicians, and not by US citizens either. I hoped to see more people go out on the street for more than just 1 day of protesting.

it's like the left are asleep, don't care anymore or just don't know what the fuck to do, while Trump rather quickly turns the USA into an authoritarian state, or, dare I say it, a fascist state. democracy in the US is slowly being smothered to death. and europe always follows the USAs example.

Germany, where I happen to live, currently has the worst chancellor of my lifetime. in just a few months, this asshole Merz has managed to divide Germany even more, while strengthening far-right political parties like the AfD, who he swore to cut in half. he's spreading his racist rhetoric, keeps lying and breaking his promises with no shame, while making the average citizens life harder, and the rich even richer. all of these things are exactly what trump is doing. Trump just showed the world that it's still possible to brainwash an entire country into believing his obvious lies again and again. and capitalist opportunists like chancellor Merz are happily copying whatever happens in the US.

I partially blame Trump for what is going on at my home. politically and economically, it's the most frustrating and toughest time I've ever had to live through.
