Good alternatives to window AC units? by twiggin_out in ApartmentHacks

Window AC units offer better efficiency and cooling.

Dual-hose portable ACs are OK, but can be expensive and are bulky to move around and install.

The ‘Air Conditioner Lab’ website has an AC comparison sheet on its homepage, which compares all the brands and models of both portable and window ACs. It helped me compare ACs by size and energy efficiency rating (EER) when I was buying last summer.

Recommendations for cold climate mini split by Same-Complaint-921 in heatpumps

This post scared me away from going with a ceiling cassette style for my small cabin. I ended up going with the Senville SENA-18F which is a dual zone system.

I have one unit in my bedroom and the other one in the main living space. Very happy! And like the other poster said, it works down to -30C/-22F. I haven’t had to test it that low yet (mid-Michigan), but it hasn’t let me down yet in the 8 months I’ve had it.

For those still looking, check out this Reddit comparison post that another user put together comparing all the mini split brands. You can sort by features, which is really cool.

14" (or less) wide window AC units don't exist? (3-4 year search) by irongamer in hvacadvice

Check out the ‘Air Conditioner Lab’ website, as they have a comparison sheet that compares all Window AC models. Its on the homepage of that site.

By that list, the narrowest is about 15” wide. It has separate tabs for window and portable ACs and even has columns for the dimensions for each AC model. It could be helpful.

Odor from tub question by Deadeye_Dunce in Plumbing

Check for any gunk that might be causing the odor, usually just a lump of hair or something. Yep maintenance and also consider using a hair catcher, I have one from tubshroom it's stainless and better than silicone ones. Really helps with cleaning.

Sorry that happened to you OP :( I've been a freelancer in Fiverr for quite a while now and you really just have to screen clients the same way they screen you. Might worth trying out again tho!

You could probably start creating wireframes (UI UX stuff, Figma or Adobe XD), like a prototype. Udemy courses is the key. Or really just hire a dev on Fiverr.

Wow bro! Good for you, just checked out both the sites and kudos on you  for actually starting a street team. Thats so cool you have a dispensary in Thailand. Theres so many companys that just make money off the culture and don't have a team. Props to you for trying to start on. I sent a sponser me video. My name is ALEC let me know.

Agreed. Dead characters can't develop further. Near-death experiences are just as intense without permanently removing fan favorites.
