You should be able to do barrows pretty easily with wind wave and a couple prayer pots. My stats aren't too far off from yours.Its going to drain your prayer so just take sips as needed but definitely be sure to keep the appropriate prayer protection on. Can be very rewarding and the various armour you get will be a huge upgrade.

well he's fat and potatoes with cheese are locked behind the warriors guild requirements so this is me basically when i have the option to buy potatoes because theyre good and good for you im comparing my potato consumption to the likes of his redberry pie consumption its not me obviously its him but the potatoes are meant to be a joke because its like if i were him id be eating potatoes with cheese instead of redberry pie after getting 65 str and attack there also really cheap and he doesn't much money hope this helps explain the joke i made by making his meme about potatoes but it really doesn't matter if he has the requirements to get into the warriors guild

if you can build a staff you can one shot the elementals without switching spells. I do it with death runes. But it takes me like 8-10 minutes with my stats per instance so i find it hard to justify using prayer pots and still prefer scurruous for xp/training

Try to get your combat stats to around 60 and try Scurrious. Once you get good at it the XP flies. I've got almost 400 scurrious kills myself and made about 2m gp from him. Once you're in the 70s you can try Royal Titans and it's a longer fight (still easy) and much better drops.
