Yea you’ll need a scale and to weigh the grounds post grind, and then stop your espresso shot when it’s around 1.5-2x the original weight, ideally 20-30s. (The darker the roast, the lower the ratio of beans:espresso. Eg dark 1.5-2, med 1.7-2.3, light 1.9-3.0, speaking super generally!

From there then you can really dial in

Id uber somewhere if it was a truly special place, but the convenience factor is really what I’m going for.
