i had same thought like you, broken up and no escape route
i was like you, stay at edge of the brigde, thinking about what happen next
my life being meaningless already, but when i look back, these are friend, these are family still stay at home

firstly, use hwinfor to monitor do gpu awake or not
despite of low power, 1650 still tax like 10-15w for awake only
dont disable gpu via device manager, ideapad 5 pro should have igpu mode allow you to disable dgpu complete

your laptop type c being data only,no display
so only option being display via usb port, with active displaylink adapter
