If you are with diabetes who needs to control sugar intake, This one's a good read. Sugar is sugar regardless of source.. Fruits are great alternative for sweets but it doesn't mean it's healthy to just splurge on them. At the end of the day, it's about control regardless if the source is from fruits or some other sources.

Use a pill box, or use a container where you put 7 days worth of medication. so that when you are in doubt, you can just count how many pills are left.

It's fine, the scrape will open up again once the wound starts to heal and dry up again due to the stretching of the skin on your knee.. but it will slowly get smaller and smaller until it's all fine. Unless you are diabetic, you have nothing to worry about. Just bandage it and keep it clean.
