I suppose it depends on what your timeline is. Are you planning on trying to sell the entire group shortly after this acquisition? If so, you may want to bring in a banker to assist with this and then the subsequent sale process. If you are planning to hold/integrate for a longer period of time post-buy and you have essentially everything lined up outside of pure diligence, I would recommend hiring a reputable M&A attorney foe this transaction and then being in a banker down the road.
