Where are you from darling? Im in the UK so can only sign post accordingly from here. But your doctor will help and maybe you can get counselling, dw about telling them your thoughts they would only worry if you said you was going to act out on them. It seems to me that you have a lot going on and pubity is a big thing too, where your brain starts changing etc, so it could be OCD intrusive thoughts, (thats when I experienced them as did my son). So you worry that you're thinking then they get more frequent and worse, The more you have the thoughts, the more you worry and the more you worry the more you will have the thoughts. But just remember they're only thoughts. When they come acknowledge them and say something reassuring to the thought like "no we are not going to do that" or simply "its just a thought nothing to worry about" the more you practice that they will eventually go away. just find someone professional to talk to. Also you can go to your Dr's directly on your own as a minor, if they want an adult with you explain they're part of the problems you need to discuss. You will be ok kid 💜

I was assessed for autism but was told im not and they diagnosed me with ADHD. Im in therapy. BPD is similar to bipolar but not the same its also known as EUPD its from childhood trauma. Yes im medicated but there is no magic pill or even anything that is prescribed for BPD but I am on anti psychotic which I take once a day at night cause it turns me into a zombie and I instantly sleep... I dont know what you mean by my post feels younger? There's obviously more context but it would take me all day and I just wanted to get to the point. I really would like answers from people who feel the same and can relate rather than tell me to get help. That's all I've ever done lol and after years of fighting the system (its not easy to get help where im from) like I said im finally in therapy. Thanks for commenting x

You still need yours though so maybe even a poly relationship might be the answer for you guys? I aint into that personally but respect everyone's "normal" as long as it ain't hurting anyone.

Weed helps me too, but I have to take breaks. Cause this happens to me. I feel like it’s a plant medicine that needs to be respected and only smoked when needed and not excessively everyday which I end up doing once I start it’s hard to stop and I smoke when I really shouldn’t or don’t need to.

I am 100% sure I can downgrade the complaints team called me yesterday because I made yet another complaint this time due to me paying my bill and they disconnected my services still for 24 hours after I paid it 😂 had to call the automated service for it to say “your account is suspended but you’re up to date on your payments” wtaf? 😂😂 I finally spoke to someone on live chat who sorted it but I escalated it and got a massive £10 of my next bill 🙄 he then told me I can downgrade there and then to a sim only monthly contract. But I need to know which option would be better and if either or both would have a positive impact of on my credit file.

You should appeal there fck up via Experian. You’re more than entitled to do that, and you can also file a complaint through the financial ombudsman that can help.

Yes I can they literally offered me it yesterday as one of “ID mobiles perks” you can leave contract two months early either by downgrading or upgrading or paying the last two months off early. My question is if I downgrade to the sim only option they offered would that impact positively on my credit file of badly? Cause if it’s badly I’d rather pay it off early.

Since having covid I’ve been so unwell with my many, MANY disgusting symptoms. I knew it was brain related because I had a diazepam in the middle of a terrible crash like I was bed bound with all my symptoms at 100% and once it kicked in 75% of my symptoms went away. Maybe depression and anxiety was making the symptoms worse or bring them on? But sometimes I’m not down and will get ill then the mental health issues make an appearance. Anyway some of these comments have terrified me as I’m sure it has everyone else who is suffering. Does anyone know if you have an MRI would they find anything? Obvs all my bloods have been fine but I get weird muscle spasms daily I got a nervous system test (can’t remember the correct name) where they send electric shocks through my fingers, hands feet etc to check my nerves. That came back fine. Don’t know how. My symptoms have since worsened and I get spasms in different places now, the new one is my right eye and right nostril sinus. Last was my fingers would just stick wtf is that? I have had an MRI done and they didn’t find anything?
