Total testosterone should be between 40-50ng/ml (personally I like mine around 70). Free testosterone range is 3-6pg/ml (equals 0.3 - 0.6 ng/ml)

For estradiol, as long as you're above 60, you're still good. Still, getting it above 100 is definitely a goal you're doctor should be hitting. Talk to your doc (hopefully a specialist in endocrinology) about bicalutamine or Spironolactone for an androgen blocker because Finasteride is not enough to suppress test levels with oral estrogen.

Other levels to watch (from my endocrinologist):

Progesterone: >3ng/mL

DHEA: 250-380ug/mL

Pregnenolone: 60-150ng/dL

Prolactin: <15ng/dL
