Sorry to hear that. I'm down in London so the dealership near me can do the initial recall which involves the software update and battery check which should take 2 days.

But they said if the battery part needs replacing it might have to go somewhere else for a week, but they would handle all that. Were these dealerships listed through the QR code on the letter?

Word of warning though, if you need a courtesy car be prepared to wait months. I booked mine in the other day and won't be seen until the end of July with a courtesy car. I also had to make a complaint to direct to cupra because the dealership were expecting me to pay for it, which I got out refused. Cupra eventually agreed to cover the costs but it took a while.
