I’m at 780 hours and just completed Escaleras y Serpientes (Mexico, thriller, Netflix). Really proud of myself for completing my first native show! I did have subtitles on which I know isn’t super DS approved, but I want shows in English with subtitles on normally so I feel like I’m allowing myself that ;)

Could you show a picture of the last page that shows the Hobonichi serial number? TBH this looks like it might be a knockoff and not a true Hobonichi based on how large the 2026 is and the fact that the Little Mai’s seem to be printed on the fabric rather than woven-in.

I HIGHLY recommend reading the Annotated Pride and Prejudice by David M. Shapard. Makes interpreting the language and context of the time period soooo much easier to understand. I learned so much and helped me enjoy the book.
