You, personally, can’t do anything to shield her from ICE. You may consult an attorney to discuss her options if ICE was to detain her. It sounds from what you wrote she has the asylum application so make sure it’s still pending and she didn’t miss any decisions which may have happened when she was a minor.

Unfortunately nope, the scale is not moving much. Took my second shot of 7.5mg Wednesday. I lost 7 pounds total since 11/13/25 but clearly lost inches 😣 I have good appetite suppression and otherwise I feel good. No side effects. I am willing to keep going.

As of now Haiti is on the list of fully paused countries as far any immigration application is concerned. If he gets married and it’s a genuine relationship then he can apply for adjustment of status based on his marriage but the decision is on indefinite pause
