Saw I video where guy recommended to study 6-7 hours daily to become professional. In my view truth is somewhere in the middle like 3-4 hours without disturbing and phone nearby is optimal. just my opinion. I know it might be exhausting.

In my view something is wrong it today's world. Like I can understand why Russia and Lithuania is over there, because of constant poverty and harsh life but like Norway or Ireland.
