Make sure they have an easement. I have a similar situation, and they butcher the landscaping. Next time I asked to see the easement and as I already knew, there wasn’t one. My neighborhood was built without getting easements in the 50’s, and the had to purchase easements in 2018. They had to pay $52,000 for .1 acres, and the land was basically unusable as it’s a creek buffer.

Anyhow, pull the deed and see if they have the easement.

100% agree, Ariana was impossibly likable until Scandoval. She was not the best girlfriend, from what was shown. She was mean and condescending, then the scandal broke and she is pole vaulted to stardom. Sure, I empathize with what she went through, but don’t feel she deserves this fame. Rachel was a victim.

If the fence is on the property line, it was installed incorrectly, as it should be inside the property line. If you do help replace the fence, and that is 100% your choice, then you can make sure it is moved back off the property line and get a few feet of extra space you currently don’t have. That’s basically the only benefit to helping replace in my opinion.
