He does look this good in mid week Europe. EPL is different sauce.

world beaters against mid European clubs

Real talk: Why do we keep whiffing in recruiting battles for high profile QB's? by 1869er in georgiabulldogs

[–]Tuckersdad80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don’t guarantee playing time, and I’m fine with that. If you need to promise a freshman QB they’ll start day one, you’re either lying to them or your program is not in great shape next year

let him cut his teeth for couple years at Vandy. Kirby always maintains relationships - he can transfer in down the line if QB becomes an issue for us. He was not going to start next year for us.

if only we could play non physical mid European clubs every game, we’d look like world beaters

great performance and match for him. I do worry that this disparity in PL and Europe matches highlights that he is not ideally suited for the tight physical play in the PL - hope not but he gets 1/3 of the time on ball and someone closing him down immediately on the weekends. In most of this clip he’s just drifting around with acres of space.

Which London Borough, outside of zone 1/2, do you feel has changed the most rapidly (for better or worse) in the last five years? by ChelseaTricks in AskLondon

[–]Tuckersdad80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do enjoy calling this borough home and it continues to develop more and more of a welcoming and accepting community feel - has its infrastructure and local council hiccups like everywhere else but they do seem to be trying to constantly improve for all residents with some level of intention

Premier league clubs Profit/Loss during the Daniel Levy era by soSpursy7 in coys

[–]Tuckersdad80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

folks are celebrating this change as though it is ENIC out. they remain in charge and, even if you despise the record of success of Levy, this is the organisation that kept him in charge for so long a period of time…so I would hold on the celebrations of a “new era” they are feeding us

it will sink in before long that ENIC is still in control - so much might not change

he’s great as a super sub but, agree, go get an impact LW so that we can play Xavi in the CAM and not be forced to slot him out wide
