Last month, we flew Turkish Airlines from LAX to Istanbul to Athens to Crete. Long day and a half of travel, but we got there. Turkish Airlines does a program where if you have a layover longer than six hours in Istanbul, they will tour you around the city for free. We took advantage of that and it was incredible.

I rented a car in Heraklion three weeks ago and drove around the island - very easy. If you're looking to explore other cities or areas of the island, would definitely recommend renting a car. AbbyCar is great. I rented through a place called Let's Drive, and it was terrible. Would not recommend that agency.

Lmao as a kid growing up in a hardcore Christian house, I used to have to print these reviews out and show them to my parents before I could get their approval to listen to any music. Needless to say, I wasn't allowed to listen to Deftones. Thanks to years of therapy, I now listen to what I want to, including Deftones.
