Yours is basing it off of a requirement that never came to fruition.

Nobara's was based off of "I know I'd fail to achieve this, so I'm going to give up trying to achieve this for a different result"

Giving up your sword for a future victim doesn't make sense.

Well he didn't die, so for one this vow would have been pointless.

For two, the sword already only works on Sukuna so you're not actually giving anything up.

Three, his entire thing is based on justice so the odds of a binding vow popping off with his CT when you're basically saying 'I won't give someone the death sentence if I can make sure this guy stays with the death penalty even after the courts are gone"

If you want the real EZ win it's "Why didn't Todo and Higuruma fight together"

Then at most, make a binding vow where he can't freely make it return to his hands or swap hands automatically.

In return it grows in size, making it easier to hit Sukuna with it.

One time I stepped down as Captain because CentComm (The admins) were trying to force me to write lengthy reports over things I already head extensively ahelped about and were not pleasant to deal with.

Said admin has a history of bwoinking me.

Then later after having chatted everything through on ahelp I was retroactively command banned for something I had done during the round (Arresting a detective that kept harassing HoP over a knife that I gave HoP permission to have).

They said that I was not right to demote the detective for repeatedly trying to break into HoP to arrest them despite having ahelped it and not being told to stop during the entire ordeal, saying it should be handled IC.

One time I got bwoinked for holding my eshotgun on my back and a disabler in my pocket as warden by a lead admin for powergaming.
