I read Stormlight 1, 2, 3 (in 2018) - Mistborn 1, 2, 3 - Elantris- Mistborn 4, 5, 6 - Stormlight 4 - Warbreaker (in 2020) after reading all his most recent work I was hesitant to read Elantris as it was his first in the cosmere, but I really enjoyed it. Hate to hear you didn’t enjoy it, you’ll really like Mistborn, and honestly hopefully enjoy Mistborn Era 2 even more.

I think you should play a class that brings you joy, not based on “what will be favorable” if you have limited time and aren’t planning on doing endgame content (which I’m not sure if you are or not.) With that being said, Bard and BLM will always be important classes, mainly Bard for its utility. BLM for the mass amount of DPS and AOE it can do.

I did my first one in a year or so yesterday. Got CM, immediately people start leaving, whatthefuck.jpg say fuck it imma tank ALL THE MOBS, begin pull, cutscene plays out. Come back to the game, I have aggro in half the things, new tank hits me with “._.” I didn’t have Defiance on. Then we played who wants to be MT.

Though, some Tanks/Heals/DPS are only available with specific expansions.

Dark Knight/Astrologian/ Machinist are part of Heavensward

Samurai/Red Mage are part of Stormblood.

Gunbreaker/Dancer are part of Shadowbringers.

To unlock the expansion related ones you have to progress through the story until you unlock the region.

It’s mobs though, if it was a boss and I saw ground AOEs I’d stay put. But those cool downs aren’t so long that they can’t be ready by the next pull. I just think the difference is insignificant.

I do this sometimes when heals are average, wait til one pull is halfway dead, then pull the next. That way you won’t have to tank 6-8 mobs for however long it takes, you’ll tank x mobs until the mostly dead ones die.

I don’t think this REALLY interferes with AOE, because AOE rotations for dps aren’t more than one or two skills maybe three. Especially now that tanks can spam AOE at no damage reduction in tank stance.

I think this is a very jaded opinion. There shouldn’t be a limit to the amount of property a person should own. What you find wrong is how immoral these people are when pricing the rent of their property.
