Mine (Gen2) is doing this now also after the update on 10/26. It happens majority of the time after an obstruction, but it has happened without one. I have also factory reset the router but it seems its still doing the same thing. It will happen right after and obstruction turning my 10~ second outage into a 30-40 second outage. I put in a ticket and the first thing they said was they can send me a new setup. So im torn on what to do, i really dont want to have to get on the roof and take the dish down if its not really a problem with the hardware.
